This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, digital access, and delivery issues are handled for LibertyForge digital products sold through our website and/or through third-party checkout providers such as CopeCart.
By purchasing a LibertyForge product, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Product Notice
LibertyForge sells digital products.
Our products may include PDF guides, printable worksheets, checklists, spreadsheet templates, digital downloads, bonus materials, updates, and related planning resources.
No physical product will be shipped.
Because our products are digital and may be delivered with instant access, they cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
2. Instant Access and Right of Withdrawal
Where available through the checkout provider, customers may be asked to confirm that they agree to receive access to the digital product before the end of any applicable withdrawal period.
By agreeing to instant digital access at checkout, the customer acknowledges that the digital delivery process begins immediately after purchase and that they may lose any statutory right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has started, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If the checkout provider requires a specific withdrawal waiver, checkbox, or return-policy confirmation, that checkout confirmation will also apply to the purchase.
3. All Sales Final After Access Is Provided
All sales are final once access to the digital product has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where the checkout provider’s mandatory rules require otherwise.
Refunds will not be issued after access has been provided if:
- the customer has received access to the digital product;
- the customer has downloaded the files;
- the customer has opened, accessed, or used the digital materials;
- the customer changed their mind after purchase;
- the customer purchased the wrong package by mistake;
- the customer did not read the product description before purchasing;
- the customer expected financial, investment, legal, emergency, preparedness, survival, or income results that were not promised;
- the customer no longer wants or needs the product;
- the customer is unable or unwilling to use the materials after receiving access;
- the customer asks for a refund after copying, saving, downloading, or otherwise accessing the materials.
4. Non-Delivery or Technical Access Issues

If you purchase the wrong package or later decide that you wanted a different package, we are not required to issue a refund after access has been provided.
Where possible, we may offer an upgrade option or apply a previous purchase toward a higher package at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued because a customer failed to read the sales page, misunderstood the product type, or expected results that were not promised.
8. Educational Product Disclaimer
LibertyForge products are for educational and organizational purposes only.
They are not financial, legal, tax, investment, medical, security, survival, or emergency-management advice.
We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, savings, income, protection, preparedness level, safety result, financial improvement, or emergency outcome.
Refunds will not be issued because a customer expected specific results, protection, income, financial improvement, or emergency outcomes that were not promised.
9. Downloaded and Accessed Materials
Because digital files can be copied, saved, downloaded, printed, or stored immediately after access is provided, refunds are generally not available after digital access has started.
This applies even if the customer later deletes the files, decides not to use them, or claims they no longer need them.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for products that were successfully delivered may be contested with proof of purchase, proof of digital delivery, access logs, download records, checkout confirmations, email delivery records, or other available evidence.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving access to the digital product may result in loss of access to the product and any related updates, bonuses, or future materials.
